The new qualification system for public works has matched the company policy of always offering top-quality services. Therefore the company has upgraded its technical organization through the following attainments:

1. Since 1993 the firm meets the technical requirements of Title n.46/90 of the Statute for the building and the certification of systems as in Art.1 for the following categories: A, B, C, D, E, G.

2.In the year 2000 the firm has achieved the Quality System Certification UNI EN ISO 9002, obtaining also, in April 2003, the upgrade to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for the following activities: installation, management and maintenance of heating, cooling, conditioning, sanitary, sprinkler, gas and electric system for industrial and private buildings.

3.The firm has obtained the licence for building and planning in field of public works. This has been possible thanks to the D.P.R. (Decree of the President of the Republic) 34/2000 issued by SOA NordEst Inc. The following categories are included in the above mentioned licence:
  • OG1 class. V Edifici civili e industriali
  • OG9 class. III Impianti per la produzione di energia elettrica
  • OG10 class. III Impianti per la trasformazione alta/media tensione e per la distribuzione di energia elettrica in corrente alternata e continua
  • OG11 class. VII Impianti tecnologici
  • OS3 class. IV Impianti idrico-sanitario, cucine, lavanderie
  • OS6 class. III Finiture di opere generali in materiali lignei, plastici, metallici e vetrosi
  • OS7 class. II Finiture di opere generali di natura edile
  • OS28 class. VI Impianti termici e di condizionamento
  • OS30 class. IV Impianti interni elettrici, telefonici, radiotelefonici, e televisivi
